Strategy International Ltd
PC set up his own marketing consultancy in 1974, Strategy International Ltd. Strategy ran for twenty years and became best known for its work in railway development, technology transfer, urban regeneration and international marketing.
During his business career PC gained marketing experience in over forty countries, principally in North America, Latin America, the Gulf, South East Asia, China, Japan and Australia. Line management responsibilities held with client companies in a consultancy capacity with Strategy International included:

The D Group
The D Group was launched in 1994 and became an immediate success. The company enables its members and friends to benefit from each other’s and from the team’s contacts, knowledge and experience in terms of developing new business relationships. After 17 years in operation, the company helped and advised in excess of 300 companies, based on a mix of 120 briefings per year, and a tasking process to develop new business opportunities for members.
Following a five year battle with cancer, PC decided to sell the business privately to two former investment bankers on the 1st August 2008. A three-year handover of the business was completed on the 31st July 2011.
The D Group is now thriving under the leadership of Peter O’Kane and David Charters, and we wish them every success in taking PC’s legacy forward.
The key to any personalised mentoring service is to ensure that one's clients develop an interesting and relevant persona that help them develop new relationships and manage their activities more effectively.
So, are you interesting as a person, and why are you interesting?
This all has much to do with your past experience, family influence, education and track record to date. Thus, mentoring is about coaching these nuggets out of clients, which is all about "Helping People Win!”
Marketing encompasses a wide range of interactive business activities and questions, from the original idea or thought (Who is interested? Why is it interesting?) through brand design and sales plans (Who is going to buy it? How will they be persuaded?) to the implementation of the delivery across a full product range (Is it all working together? Do we need a redesign?). In short a recipe of constant monitoring and analysis.
Through our own experience and in association with our branding partners, we will help you expand each of these points into actionable and deliverable targets. It's all about Refining, Redesigning ... and Winning!
